Downstairs comprises a spacious, open-plan kitchen / dining area with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and automatic washing machine. There is space for four or five to dine in comfort.
The sitting room has two large sofas, a rocking chair, a cosy multi-fuel stove, a flat-screen colour television with DVD and video player and an excellent selection of books, games and information pamphlets.
Upstairs, we have two double bedrooms, one with a 5′ bed and the other with a 4’6″.
The fully-tiled, family bathroom has an electric shower over the bath.
Outside, there is a south-facing patio and verandah with shaded seating. There is also generous parking for one car (or two small cars).
